Abstract
The cutaneous mucinoses are a group of connective disorders characterized by the deposition of mucin in the dermis. The disease may be a primary(metabolic) or secondary(catabolic). Secondary mucinosis is common in lupus erythematosus and
dermatomyositis
but rare in morphea. We report a case of guttate morphea with secondary cutaneous mucinosis. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(1): 165¡168)
